Explore Gene Stratton-Porter’s Cabin at Wildflower Woods, nestled on the shores of Sylvan Lake amongst 148 acres of fields, woods and beautiful formal gardens. Stratton-Porter is Indiana’s most widely-read female author, as well as a gifted nature photographer and entrepreneur.
We will be taking two groups through the home. Please only sign up for one. No strollers allowed inside.
Dress for the weather and to be in nature. Meet at pavilion by visitors parking.
$2 per person due on arrival. 2 and under are free. Please register each person separately.
Our Avilla branch is in a park setting that has a meeting room on the main level that can be reserved.
