Join the Friends of the Noble County Public Library downstairs in the Cole Room for a free, family-friendly holiday party!

Decorate a Christmas stocking, make other crafts and activities, and take home some treats and candy!

There will be an option to purchase $1 raffle tickets for your chance to win a beautiful Christmas Gift Basket! It will make the perfect gift (although you may be tempted to keep it all to yourself)! All raffle proceeds go to the Friends of NCPL. Cash or check only.
